Kindly shoes. Number one, the ghastly and violent attack on former minister of local government and rural development, Gary Nkombo, who was trying to stand as an independent in Mazabuka. He he later filed in successfully. This alarmed the entire country. But this is a window of what will happen in this entire election. The UPND will unleash violence against its own and against the opposition. And this is a window. And you have seen the earliest I played where there is countrywide rejection of most of their candidates that they've picked because they decided to ignore the primaries that they had set up. They claim that they had set up primaries and that they had opened up uh online voting from general public and you know they had other interests to get those candidates. But you've seen eruptions of conflict and protestations and demonstrations against most of the candidates, as you saw from Luansenshi in Luingu to Itejiteji, uh to Chirundu to Zambez, it's across the country, the protest, especially against uh candidates that have been brought in from the PF and candidates that ignored even in Lusaka. We've seen popular candidates being told not to stand or being bypassed. Um, the other issues we do is an update on the nominations of presidential candidates. Today there were uh five candidates that should have uh no six candidates that should have filed will get an update on it. And yesterday we had a disruption. I lost volume. Um there's something you you probably have known about this broadcast that's different from any of the live broadcasts that you watch. The other broadcasts, live broadcasts are done on a phone, just on a mayor phone, no background, no, no, no, nothing. Unfortunately for me, I have this entire setup. I have three cameras, I have a video caster, which is a video mixer, I have separation of volume of various microphones, you know, it's it's a professional studio that I've been trying to set up so that I can have broadcast quality. That is why at any minute I can play any video. Many of my friends will be showing you that watch this video. For me, I'll just play the video like that. Why? Because I am using a broadcast quality uh uh uh uh um transmission, but then there are times because you know I'm I'm I'm alone, I am both the cameraman, I'm both the technician, I'm both uh now the operator of my production studio. It's all summarized in uh in on one laptop, but it does get wrong. Like yesterday, when our callers were calling, I don't know where I pressed. And for 30 minutes I I couldn't understand why I personally didn't have volume, but my videos could play. And uh I'm so sorry that I had to shut down, I had to shut down yesterday's uh debate. You wanted to call and contribute, but I just didn't have volume. What it meant is that even if you called, our callers couldn't, our people couldn't hear you, but I could play videos. But that has since been I made a few call phone calls to my team back in Lusaka who used to manage this when we're running the conversation podcast, and they told me money niappo, money, and now we are back online. So I'm so sorry. While I emphasize on the quality, I emphasize on a TV station quality production. Sometimes because I'm alone and I'm doing this, there will be those issues, but as you have seen in the last one year, the glitches have become far less. We run seamless because now I've understood the software, I've understood the video cast, I've understood the production and how it is done, and we are almost there, but it'll be an issue like yesterday. So I apologize yesterday. It was such a hot debate because I wanted to understand, I wanted us to discuss the filing of nomination, Brad Bran Mundu, and Makebi Zulu. What does it mean for the Tonse Alliance? What does it mean for the Pamosi Alliance? And what does it mean to Makebi's slot on Thursday? I wanted us to go in detail to that. And I wanted to the disqualification of other candidates, I wanted to alert you of the seven days that is there from the 23rd when the nomination is closed by ECZ. What happened? What happens in the next seven days until Mangala Zalomis comes back to you on the 30th to announce the final lease of adopted candidates? So we had so much to discuss, but I'm so sorry that I had to end the broadcast uh uh uh um uh uh uh abruptly. So kindly share the broadcast, it's power packed. I'll edge your patients. We'll discuss Garin Kombo's attack, we'll discuss the filing of nominations, we'll do an update, and we'll do a recap of yesterday's nominations, and then we'll discuss the state of ECZ. Many of you have seen the person that the entire civil society protested against. And um, this is uh a dear young man, you know, our generation young man, Zevian Sakala, is being adopted as uh he was appointed by the president. Uh he was uh uh ratified by parliament and is among the these six commissioners. You can see he's pure UPND. This is a recent picture. Last month when he was campaigning for Luansha, he wanted to stand as a UPND candidate in Luansha. So Zavian Sakala is purely UPND, purely, purely, not even from the distant far. He has come from the UPND party to sit on the ECZ, and that is extremely alarming. He joins others. So we'll be discussing those three issues, but let's go to Garin Kombo. Who staged this? Who staged this attack on Garin Combo and what does it mean? The president has issued a statement that uh the perpetrators must be arrested and prosecuted, and I will demonstrate that the president is just face-saving. This was his own mission, it's a presidential mission, and I'm putting such a strong allegation against the president, and I'm going to demonstrate why this person who carried out this mission from state house, it was a state house operation, it is not a violent attack from UPND thugs from Mazabuka or anywhere else. It's a state house engineered process, and the president's statement is therefore hypocritical. He doesn't mean what he he says, they've unleashed this war against Garin Kombo. They've removed him from the National Management Committee, they've ensured that he's not adopted, and now he's trying to exercise his fundamental right to participate in a democratic process and they unleashed violence. And not this is just the first type of violence. Garin Kombo is an insider, so there will be there will be more attempts to stop him, including using the constitution. So let's go and delve into Gary's matter. And I dismiss that that is hypocritical because who carried out the attack? Who carried out the attack? Let's begin to lay the evidence. Let me be patient with me. Let's begin to lay the evidence of whose mission this was. It was President Dakainde Ichlima's own mission. So the lie that uh you know someone should be held accountable, or it wasn't a state house operation, doesn't uh matter. First, let me go to the first video. So take note of the gentleman who's collecting the shoe from the president when he was arrested in 2017. Here is a short video. Just take a look at the gentleman. His name is Building Hallova. That is his name. His name is Building Hallova, is the one that led this entire mission, is the one you are seeing in the video with uh he was at the door trying to stop the uh honorable Garin Kombo. So, who is uh Building Hallova? There are two halovas that are associated with the president. Um, there is Pretorious Halova, the one who was jailed with the president for 127 days, is an older man, but this is a young man. This one is not praetorious, this one is Building Hallova. So, who is Building Halova? And why are we saying it's a state house project? Because Buden Hallowa belongs. Let me look for that picture. So in 2022, that's Build and Halova in the middle. In 2022, President Hakainde Ichilema decided to integrate his security team from the party into the intelligence and security system at State House. These are the 30. This is a picture of them. They are not trained, but they are working under state house. There are 30 of them that were adopted by President Akainde Hilima. They are part of the UPND security that he has placed at State House. That's why you saw Garin Kombo in the comment. He looked at uh Hallova and told him, You are from State House because Garin Kombo knows who he is. Remember when the president was arrested, when the president was being harassed by the person who would stand up, that's why they would call him Mazembe, was Garin Kombo. So he knows his operatives, he knows who this one is, and Halova is not very far. You see him carrying the president's bag. Few people would carry, few security men would carry that bag. But halova is among them. So they are under state house, they are paid by the state, they use the Zambia Intelligence Security Services account, they have no formal training, but they are getting government money. They run operations at state house and in the system, they are called the parallels because they are doing the work that should be done either by the police or by the Zambia uh security intelligence services. So at state house they are called the the parallels. The president relies on them. It's like a small private militia. So when you hear those comments by the president that someone should be arrested, how can they arrest Halova? Recently, there was another one of them. Remember the young man that died was coming from Kikongwe mine. He was among the 30 and he died, and you know, they were mourning from State House. He's among the 30. So uh this young man, Biden Haloba, is the one that carried the mission against um uh uh Garin Kombo. And the police officers, people could hear him, he was threatening the police officers that he was going to have them transferred or fired. You can see him there. So, what powers is he yielding is because is from the parallel team, the security system set up by President Akainde Ichilema, that's literally running the intelligence and police work at status. They are involved in abductions, they are involved in dirty things that the former constitution officers cannot do. So the attack on on um on Garin Kombo was a premeditated attack. They were aware that it was going to file, and they deployed built building Hallova to run that mission. But as you can see, and thanks to Garin Kombo, he parried off the attack. You can see in the video, there are three major attacks. The guy that approaches him, he pushes him aside, he goes to the second guy. The same guy tries to come, he kicks him in the in the in the knee and elbows him out of the way. Then he found Bill then Hallova who had locked the gate and is a huge guy. And you can see how uh uh uh Garin Kombo forcibly removed him and entered into Mazabuka Municipal Council Hall. He was lucky even to have entered. So that's a case of Gary N Combo should be condemned. This has come from the heart of state house, it has not come from anywhere else, and we should be clear and we shouldn't be fooled that the president is not involved. This was his mission. He has unleashed a war against Garin Kombo, and this is not the end of this story, it's a mere beginning. No one will be arrested or prosecuted, just like the people that beat up Honorable Given Lubin. Have you heard that they've gone to court, they've been brought to court, the matter will die, and these teams will continue to do what they are known for. So uh mark our words, we need to identify all these people, we need to chronicle them, we need to be creating uh security logs of who they are and the crimes they are committed. Because when my dear brother, uh when my dear brother, who was a victim of abductions, uh JJ Banda speaks about this, you you you might ridicule him, mock him, you whatever you might do with him. But in many cases, his stories are very, very clear and very well founded. So today we're discussing the issue of Garin Kombo. Comment what you you think happened to Garin Kombo. Do you think this was just an ordinary mayor attack from the UPND? Do you think it's just a for me I assert this was a state house project carried out by the parallel authority, they were properly deployed, and you saw how they tried to stop horrible Garin Kombo. So we'll not be fooled by the kind words and nice words by the president at your own. I'll borrow what the American ambassador stated when he hears those words. He used very strong words. He says it's rubbish and he said it's foolish. Can you imagine a diplomat using those words? Every time you heard the president say when the corrupt people, corrupt ministers, and corrupt people at the ACC are exposed, and the president would say they are on their own, they'll face the law. And the American ambassador put it very clear in his farewell statement that that is rubbish. And he used the word rubbish for a diplomat to use such a strong word, you know, uh, because he knows that the president will say when they say there are no sacred cows, again the American ambassador said that's foolish, it's rubbish, and it is rubbish. There are sacred cows, like building halova will not be touched. There's nothing that's going to happen to him. So with the 30, nothing will happen to the 30 that carry out. It's just a day in their work in which they they harass, beat up the opposition, torture the opposition. They do unconventional things that can be done by the police. You know, they were involved in their in the in the removal of Waime from Zimbabwe. They are involved in a lot of things. The 30, they are called the 30, the parallel 30, and have shown to you who they are. And Bilden, Halloween, is one of the 30. He that's why he could threaten the police here. He threatened the police and he told them that uh they'll be transferred, they'll be fired, he warned them that his duty was to stop uh uh Garin Kombo, and they had stood in the way by coming to the aid of Garin Kombo. They expected them to do a seamless job, extract Garin Kombo, confiscate his documents and ensure that he doesn't file. But Garin Kombo was a late and he finally filed successfully. And they do uh President Hakinde H Lima's operations. Uh they are not trained, they were integrated from the UPND security. And Halova is uh that's why he was busy threatening the police that was going to have them fired. Even if the president says I'm going to have him, you know, that they are on their own. There's nothing like that. This was a state operation, stop guaranteeing combo. And Hallova is let me even look for the other picture where he's carrying a picture, uh a bug of the president. Even in Woodlands, you can see man's letters, I mean in 2017. You can see him there. Who would carry the shoes, socks, and belt of the president? Building Hallova. Um there's another picture of him carrying a bag of the late of President Akainde H Lima, and he's standing in for where you would usually see the guy you call uh uh uh the guy you call bodyguard from Beijing. That's what happened yesterday, because we understand the environment we are working in, we understand the challenges we are facing with ECZ, we understand um the targeted attacks of certain political leaders, and that's why the entire country was in bated breath to look at the filing of nominations for Bran Mundubide and Makebizulu. It was a successful ticket uh filed by both Tonse Alliance and Pamosi Alliance under the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity as a special purpose vehicle. And today we received the news that the Registral Societies have since cleared FDD, making uh the convention that was held in March as valid and making uh Dr. Chfumu Banda, State Council, as president, and Nathan Mulonga, Secretary General. But it came too late in the day. And we know that if, for example, Tonsei Alliance were still going to use the special purpose of FDD, we don't know what will happen to those petitions that are in the courts of law, a process you can't control. We don't know what will happen to the petition that is before the registrar of societies. So I think uh Tonse Alliance made a very good strategic decision and adopted a new party, National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity, and now they are underway to popularize it. With citizen first Harikalava, I think many people, that is why some of the callers and his supporters could brag, you know, and say, no, no, no, our candidate is clear, the documents are okay, please come to our party. It was from that. So there was there was not much fear that he could be affected by this issue. But you never know. We saw uh the party of uh Zambia Wake U Party by Howard Kunda, where you know the running metati had withdrew at the last minute. I picked another person, and that person again was arrested in the morning when they were going to file nomination. So you can never be sure, you can never say we are safe under the issues of President Akainde Hilema. And as the events of this morning show, you cannot be sure, you cannot say I am safe. No one is safe, no one is safe. We'll keep on praying until we have a successful election on the 13th of April, 13th of August 2026. So the entire process has to be watched day by day. So you saw the scenes there of uh uh Dr. Fred Membe is filed in successfully this afternoon stroke evening. Earlier, there was Chandaka Toto from Patriots for Economic Progress, there was Kafla Muwanga. I I uh I don't have an update yet on these two, but what I saw the images of Dr. Richard Sulumbe, leadership movement party. Uh we haven't seen any images from Bishop Trevor Msonda and then Moses Moweri, remember from Exodus Party for Peace and Prosperity, is a running mate for citizen first president. We saw uh with Dr. Fred Membe, we saw Dolika Banda was the unveiled candidate. Unveiled running mate, and we had seen a ceremony two weeks ago where she was unveiled as a running mate to Dr. Fred Membe under the People's Pact, and they have chosen their special purpose vehicle, Socialist Party, and everyone who stands from the pact on the socialist party. Um tomorrow we're expected to have Jackson Slavwe, Golden Party, Dr. Sebastian Chamina Kopulande, National Democratic Party, Makebizulu from the Resolute Party and PF Pamozi Alliance. Yesterday I had said this ticket has been successful under the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity. So this slot must be dropped. I've seen some of loyal supporters to the PF and to Honorable Makebizulu are saying go and file. And what does that mean? My advice is that the ticket for Makebizulu is successful, can only have one presidential candidate. Even all these that will file, our call will never stop. Colleagues, the enemy political opponent that we have in President Hakainde Ichilema is extremely formidable. So all these issues of uh splitting the votes will never benefit uh anyone or the people of Zambia. It will just go to benefit President Hakainde Ichilema. The splitting of votes only benefits no one else, not our candidates, but President Hakainde Ichilema. So we'll still keep on calling. So this program for tomorrow, uh Anton Njovu, Aki Munjovu under Democratic Union, Reverend Dr. Given Katuta, the independent candidate, Wheeler Joseph Mudolo, and Dr. Brian Mushimba under Organized People's Party. This is what we are expecting tomorrow. Golden Party Jackson's love begins in the morning. Dr. Sebastian Chamina Copeland remembers the People's Pact. He was uh uh uh uh he lost the People's Pact and it went to uh another group. The matter is in court, but he wants to participate in this election. So Democratic National Uh Party has sponsored him as a candidate, Dr. Sebastian Chamina Copeland. Um, yes, Zambia Waka Party, someone has written. I think they must have filed successfully. Uh Howard Kunda must have filed successfully. Um and so what do we have tomorrow? Jackson's love with Dr. Sebastian Chamina Copeland, Makebizulu, and have stated that the resolute party under PF Pamosi Alliance, this ticket must drop. I know there are supporters that want him to be on the top. The simple advice is we have a successful ticket under Brian Munuwile, and let's just consolidate that. And the candidate for the PF from PF Pamosi Alliance will be a running mate. And I think we need to respect. You cannot celebrate the coming together last week. You said it's a momentous occasion. You say that it portrays leadership. Then the following week you are saying no makebezulu should stand. What kind of thinking is that? Unity meant that only one of them could be president. In this case, uh Brian Munduvile is a president, and um we ought to respect that. So uh the the last item is Isizeta Zevis Sincala, but I've seen one of my stream stream uh uh stream software drop. Wherever you are watching me from, you are okay, but if you can't see me, it could be because of one of the stream services has dropped. So I don't know, maybe they've replaced him, but they are known as the 30 parallel because they do intelligence and security. We can the president relies on them more than the constitutional office of the police and the Zambia Security Intelligence Services. So um let me just resolve the issue of one software and uh and I come back to you at a point in time, as I've said already.

Indeed, the rejection of candidates across the country for the UPND. Clearly, their primaries went haywire. Hence the protests from Chirundu to Solwesi, you know, from Mufumbu to Lundazi, the UPND protests are everywhere. From Chifunawidi up to Kabijimpanga, the protests are everywhere. Two key issues. Let's get to the nominations. Um there is fear among the candidates that filed. I have seen comments regarding the filing of nominations by Bran Mundwili and Makeb Zulu, and they're fearing that there should be a chance taken where Makebi Zulu utilizes the slaughter that he has and files. I think I've stated my opinion very clearly. Family, when we go into any issue of unity, that's what it means. You just can't be calling for unity on our leaders and yet you want to abandon sacrifice. You are saying it will be a sure way if Makebizulu files. No, I don't even think that it is valid. Because it's running mate, it's been adopted as running mate under Munduwile. So, what do you want to do? Do you want to invalidate the nomination of Bran Munduwile? Is that what you are saying? That he should get at you are walking into a legal nightmare. For you, for me as a senior member of the Patriotic Front and one who's been hosting this program, I'll encourage you to accept that we called for unity, unity succeeded. Our two leaders came together, and they were aware either of them could be president and running mate. What you are feeling, if they if it was the other way, if maybe Resolved Party had filed first, is what Mungwil's team would have felt. I think the two leaders are capable, either of them leading the country. And it's my encouragement to you that I know your fears. The fears have been there. That's why there was apprehension yesterday that will this ticket survive. So those calling for Makebi to go and fall in tomorrow, I urge you to restrain yourself, to accept what happened. The Lord has blessed you already with a ticket. Count your blessings. We always want something else. The Lord has blessed you with that ticket. It came with prayer, it came with you know others even fasted the last three, four days. A lot of you were very apprehensive. The Lord has given you count your blessing and build on your blessings. Why do you want to start a new journey? You feared that the ticket of Brian Mundwill and Makebizul would be disrupted. It has not we know the machinations up to the last minute. They didn't think that Brian Mundwill would manage the 1,000. He did manage, he transported 100 from each province and they succeeded. There were attempts to hold roadblocks and ensure that those hundred do not arrive at um uh uh uh show grounds, but they were there despite the planning and machinations of the enemy. Count your blessings. That ticket, support it. Are there maneuvers to try to stop the ticket? Of course they will be. Will they try to stop them even now? Yes, they can. And what happens in the seven days from 23rd to 30th? Will they sponsor someone to attempt to petition? Thank you, Ambassador Mwamba. My name is Anko Jay. Um, I want to comment on the attack on Garin Kombo. Um, you know, this is what we've been talking about. This is what we've been talking about. UPND have been celebrating that uh there is no political violence in Zambia. I think this testifies to the fact that if in opposition you were the people that were actually causing most of the violence that we saw. The opposition now are well behaved. These are people that are law-abiding citizens. We are not seeing that. The attack on Garin Kombo is unfortunate, it is a clear demonstration of how undemocratic UPND they are not a party that is tolerant to diverge views. Garin Kombo has a right to stand as an independent, it is his democratic right to do so, and no one should actually stop him. But because they are intolerant, to others, this is what we saw today. Very, very unfortunate. Very unfortunate, and all of us should actually condemn that violence. But the worst thing is um the people see coming from the presidency as though he doesn't know what was happening. That is one thing that bothers me with our president. You say something for the public, but go and do something different. I think that did mention this. He'll be on the podium saying no, we need to forgot things, we need to forgive each other. But in the background, he's playing different games, which is a very dangerous thing for the leader. And so um, but um, we haven't found uh for the nomination in this democratic right. Now it is very clear why he was so much opposed to the friends after the no particular conversion that it took place. So we wish people the best assistance in in Rome, but let him stop scandalizing others. That is that's what would be my goal. Then it is in conclusion, Ambassador Mamba. It is very clear about one thing, um Ambassador Mamba. We have we've been put in a place where you know, even you know, being full, we have to beg to be, you know, on the on the ballot. And when you're on the ballot, it appears like UPNP has done you a very big favor, which should not be the case, which should not be the case for the presidential candidates. As long as people fight, they are supposed to be there. Nobody's fighting what is happening at this event. This is a it is everything about this election, and if the opposition, the civil society do not demand because these are people who have governments to run our election and expect a different outcome, it's not possible to always favor the person that is the current the current presidency. Uh, first thing first, uh I would like to comment what uh on what happened to you are Garin Kombo. Uh, it's very disappointing that uh Honorable Garin Kombo has been uh very, very royal to UPND, and we don't know what differences they had, but uh treating him like that was unprofessional. And the scary thing was those two guys that attacked him first were even wearing masks covering their faces, meaning they knew what they were going for, and that thing was blood. So for a Zambia that was watching and has seen that and supports the UPND, the question you should ask yourselves is if UPND and its leader can do that to Kombu, what will they do to you if you at one point go against their ideas or whatever they do? This is just the beginning. That's how a dictator shows his true colors, he doesn't care about anyone. Whether you were close to him, if you go against him, it will be he'll show you his true colors. And um lastly, I would like to comment about the ECZ, the Mingara Tel Shaw. I personally am not scared of the ECZ or the UPND. Our prayers have been answered, and uh looking at how things have been moving, like you mentioned earlier on to say they planned on blocking the people that were coming to uh offer support and solidarity and the people that were supposed to be at Mulongoshi, but they felt so why whoever they employ, and it's to our advantage that they will be picking people from their party, cutters who don't know how the ECZ operates, they are keen to make mistakes because it's something that they they they just appointed to do, which is not uh in their blood or anything like that or qualification.
